I am not receiving my daily email.

If you're not receiving your daily email from Comics Kingdom, try these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder:

    • Sometimes, emails may end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there first.

  2. Whitelist Our Email Address:

    • Add Comics Kingdom's email address to your contacts or whitelist to ensure it doesn’t get filtered out.

  3. Verify Your Subscription:

    • Log in to your Comics Kingdom account and go to your email preferences in the Account Settings.
    • Ensure that the daily email option is selected.

  4. Update Your Email Address:

    • Make sure the email address on your account is correct. If it’s outdated, update it in the Account Settings.

  5. Check Email Filters:

    • If you have any email filters set up, make sure they aren’t preventing our emails from reaching your inbox.
